Independent Study: Topic: Music Editing & Exploration: In, Out and Around Film

Wow!

This whole 'blogging' experience is so new to me!
This kind of makes me all giddy inside, like a nerd acing his Advanced Calculus exam!!!

Well, where shall I start?

Hmm... *thinks deep and hard with hand below chin*

*light bulb ignites!*

Ah, Yes! I know where to begin!

As I finish my two year career at Delta College, I have learned a lot. Discovered a lot. Also, I have grown a lot.
Discovered and learned:

  • About myself
  • About others (like classmates or professors)
  • About film, music, art, media editing, even about American Government and the Economy (who 'woulda 'thunk: ME?! Learning about the National Government in whom controls my life?! Well, I wouldn't say control, that sounds way too communist'esque!)!!! Alas! Good topics, courses, mediums, & times in general!!!

Anyway! My Delta College career has now led me to this course, which happens to be an Independent Study! Exciting, for sure!!!

Through deciding my topic, it was not really difficult. I have many interests and many hobbies that I exercise quite often (I have many ideas "a-brewin'" in my 'knoggin)! I like to think I also have quite the imagination!
So, I like music, I like movies, I like film in general, and I like to discuss and examine the different aspects in and around the fields of music and film.

Therefore, I came up with the topic (which happens to be perfectly written as my title), "Music Editing and Exploration: In, Out and Around Film".

I believe this topic will be an exciting adventure that will help me understand and comprehend more about music and editing with film and in film. Also, I know I will gain knowledge and wisdom about this topic as well!

I will learn, discover and grow from this, I know!

So! Not bad for a first post in my first 'blogging' experience!!!

*covers mouth and chuckles*

I am excited, because this is a topic I have been, I am now and I know I will always be interested in!

Until next time! :)
Take er' easy and have a good one!

Peace to you.
